r.e. statistics, don’t panic! All real estate is local and
our local market is economically insulated from the severe downturns
of say..industry towns (like Detroit). The bethesda area has it’s
own market conditions and area characteristics that have protected
our real estate values.

- Home to 2 vibrant business
centers ( Friendship Heights and Downtown Bethesda)
- A restaurant and
entertainment center with 100 + restaurants, 5 theaters, etc.

to 3 top-ranked high schools and over 15 private schools
Good Jobs and plenty of them- According to GCAAR (Greater Capital
Association of Realtors), the Washington Metro area added 50,000
jobs over the past 12 months and 100,000 over the past 2 years. These
are goodb paying jobs too which helps to support the homes prices
in our area. So, with only a 3% unemployment rate in the DC Metro
area, we are experiencing a very tight labor market. Where there
are good paying jobs there are always people with the financial ability
to buy homes.
